Hello! I am a bit late in doing this, but here goes.
It has been a bloody British week. George Alexander Louis Windsor (Prince George of Cambridge) is a week old today. The internet went crazy last week, with #RoyalBaby and #RoyalBabyNames trending for days. I don't think there has ever been so much coverage of a door, waiting hours for the baby to emerge. Most Brits were sat there with a cup of tea and a digestive, waiting.
Ever since the Royal Family have been in the media, they have almost turned into a soap opera - a posh EastEnders, if you will. With Kate being style icon for millions around the world, and various scandals, cough Prince Harry naked cough, it is rare for them not to feature in a newspaper. This week, I think every paper and magazine had a collectors edition with glossy pictures of the royal family, and previous baby pictures of William, Charles and even the Queen. As a nosey Brit, I and most other people are probably waiting for more pictures to be shown of the little Prince.
Kate and William have received tremendous support from the public, and they deserve every congratulations given.
